If you have a complaint, and its about a certain admin/moderator/member do not include the persons name in the complaint. Send their name and the link to the topic you are refering to to an administrator or lvl 8 and higher. When posting your complaint follow these guidlines to help get your situation fixed sooner.
Include screen shots and chat logs if possible, state what the problem is.

If its a suggestion please have a way to fix it. otherwise we will both be in the same boat. And also try to be as specific as possible.
